AIST provides AI-powered content analytics, production tools, and workflow automation for digital content creators. Our services include integration with third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) for analytics retrieval and content performance tracking.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Authorized Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

All content, features, and functionality of the AIST platform are owned by AIST (AI Storytelling Limited) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours - we claim no ownership over content you create or import.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Our service integrates with third-party platforms including TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. Use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms of service and developer policies. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or services.

7. Limitation of Liability

AIST provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or legitimate business purposes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
